HIP News - Private Water & Drainage Reports |
Due to certain information not currently being made available (to Personal Search firms by the Water Companies) the Private Water and Drainage report at £29.38, is unable to provide some of the answers required for it to be used in a Home Information Pack.
The report does, however, provide all the information required for conveyancing purposes.
If you require a Water Authority Drainage & Water Enquiry for use in a Home Information Pack, and you normally order via the Online system please tick against the appropriate Water Company in the Water & Drainage section. If you are still ordering by fax, new order forms are being provided, or you can order forms by contacting the office or downloading from the site.
