Lee Richards – Business Development Director

Lee joined Richards Gray in 2004, his first role was to manage the development of the Private Water and Drainage project. This was a totally new area for Richards Gray and Lee took it from the concept stage, through project launch and built the division up to its current production facility. This has become a major part of the Richards Gray Conveyancing Pack and again it has proved how innovative Richards Gray are in the Information market

In 2001 Lee graduated from Bristol University with a BSC in Construction Management. He joined Pearce Leisure, a Bristol based construction firm, where he was appointed as a Graduate Site Manager. His first project was the conversion of an office into a hotel, which was built on time and within budget. He was given further joint projects to manage until eventually he was appointed Site Manager on a new build development at Excel

Lee has recently been appointed Business Development Director. He will project manage the development of our Home Information Pack and will be the conduit between our information factory and our HIP production unit

Away from the office, Lee is currently spending most of his time trying to arrange his wedding to his fiancé Tracey. Lee is very keen on the movies and has “starred” as an extra in Heroes and Villains which is soon to be released. His next big production will be the Life and Times of HIPs.
